Technical Support Officer Job Details
- Answering client or customer questions about properly using or accessing a product or service
- Communicate with clients and customers about their experiences with a product or service.
- Coordinating external training as the need arises
- Listening to customer or client complaints or concerns and working to resolve their issues
- Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Providing technical support to customers and clients and advice where necessary
- Collaborating with development teams and departments, as well as incorporating user feedback.
- Maintaining computer network infrastructure and ensuring network security
- Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Install technology upgrades, and maintenance.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- 1 year of experience.
